Your link sets a first-party cookie
Someone lands on moldriskiq.com/?ref=YOURCODE. We record the visit and set a cookie on our own domain that lasts 90 days.
The account is attributed at signup
When they create an account carrying your cookie, that account is yours — permanently. A later click on someone else's link does not move a customer who is already attributed to you.
The commission is recorded on the sale
When they buy a report, the commission is written against that order. One order, one commission: the amount is fixed at purchase and does not change afterwards.
It clears after 30 days
Commissions are held through the refund window, then approved for payout. A refunded order reverses its commission, which is why the hold exists — nobody enjoys a clawback.

Individuals
Anyone with an audience that buys or owns houses — a newsletter, a channel, a community, or simply the person friends ask about houses. No listing and no business required.
Professionals
Agents, inspectors, remediators, property managers. You do not need to be listed in the directory to refer, and referring does not change how your listing ranks — those are decided separately, and deliberately so.
What does not earn
- Clicks, signups and free risk checks earn nothing. A paid report is the event.
- A purchase on your own account is not a referral. Buying a report for a client is a legitimate thing to do — it simply is not commissionable.
- A refunded order reverses its commission. That is why a commission is held through the refund window before it is approved.
- Approval is by a person, and referring does not affect directory placement in either direction.
